- Never eat in front of the television/computer, they will distract your mind on focusing on what and how much you’re eating.
- Chew each mouthful about 20+ times, it actually makes you feel fuller quicker.
- Drink 1-2 glasses of water, before and after eating anything.
- Exercise, exercise, exercise (preferably in the morning) - you’ll be less likely to overeat during the day if you’ve started it off with some aerobic activity. Exercise also curbs hunger and wards off cravings.
- Eat for fuel, not for pleasure. As good as food tastes, at the end of the day it’s only there to fuel our bodies and nourish our organs. Be good to your dear heart who slaves away everyday to keep you breathing. Be nice to your liver which must diligently process everything we eat, trying it’s hardest to absorb the nutrients our bodies need to feel alive. Be kind to your mind and don’t let any inkling of guilt or stress due to overeating defile it. Be good to you.

anti binge
- take off your clothes. now. it’s hard to ignore your body and binge when it isn’t covered by anything
- chug a big bottle of ice water
- go on a walk, breath in the fresh air
- brush your teeth, gargle strong mint mouthwash
- put on chap-stick, or lip balm
- take a long, relaxing bath
- look at a thinspo/fitspo blog
- drink coffee (no milk)/ green tea
- think about how shitty you’ll feel afterwards
- write about it. write about your hunger, your pain, and what you want to eat. i cannot stress this enough, this really helps
- most importantly: think about how far you’ve come! every good day is a day closer to your goal

Tips for binging:
- distract yourself with reading, watching a TV show, painting your nails, etc.

Purging: DON’T DO IT. I’m glad you hate it, so please don’t ever purge. It is really bad for your health and I’m pretty sure you also know that.
Last tip: eat if you feel weak/like fainting/dizzy/etc. Stay healthy and try to eat at least 3 meals a day, even if it are small ones. Good luck and stay safe lovely ♡

tips to avoid eating👻
- drink water or coke zero (number 1 tip!)
- take a pet for a walk (don’t take money, it could tempt you to buy food)
- look at thinspo on tumblr
- watch a movie or tv show (don’t eat snacks!!)
- take a nap
- do exercise (go to the gym, go for a run, do a workout in your room etc.)
- have a bath or shower
- paint your nails, give yourself a fake tan, wash your hair etc.
- call a friend and distract yourself
- go for a swim at the beach or a pool
- make a thinspo collage or start a thinspo blog
- read a book, or a magazine
- make yourself a cup of tea
- give yourself or a friend a make over
- hang out with friends to overt your boredom
- get an adults colouring book and colour in (its extremely relaxing and distracting!!)
- create some awesome low calorie recipes and share them with your fellow ana buddies
- message an Ana friend and distract each other!!
- play with a pet, or a sibling
- do some online shopping for clothes you will wear when your thin!

It’s almost summer and I’m still fat I must try harder so I made up some rules.
- no food before 9 am
- no food after 6 pm
- eat maximal 2 meals a day
- not more than 400 calories per meal
- one small snack is allowed ( maximal 60 calories )
- fast for 24 hours one day every week
- no more binges
- exercise after every meal
- go for a run 4 days every week for 30 minutes
- start doing yoga
- sleep 6 or more hours every night
